It's Japanese, grasshopper...it says "nan katsu sando" which means "south pork sandwich". I think the phrase at the top means "south and pork means delicious". I think this is a bizarre attempt at a BBQ sandwich. Note the "KFC" at the top!!! Aishi desu ka!!!
